I looooove Fast food, but I do not eat it in, like, months cos it is very bad for our health...
I also love roast chicken, beef, vegetables (yes, I do), fruit (i love it), etc, etc...
Many people think that vegetables suck, but it is not true. They can be as tasteful as fast foods... It's just a matter of knowing how to prepare them.
If you temper them well, to make it tasty it can make a marvelous plate
But do not eat too much in one meal. Enjoy it a bit, then eat a little more later (to let your stomach rest and equilibrate your appetite ).
Give it a try (and always start the meal with something hot and salty to expand your stomach and prevent you from diseases ).
